Carrots are known to be a rich source of Antioxidants and Vitamin A. They are also a good source of Vitamin C & dietary fiber, and packed with the powerful antioxidants Beta-Carotene and Alpha-carotene. They have no fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, low in sodium and are a good source of Potassium.

The nutrients in Carrots help strengthen the immune system; regulate metabolism, maintain healthy skin and last but not least, maintains healthy vision. Some reports also suggest that Carrots help reduce the risk of high blood pressure, stroke and heart disease.
